Overview:
Trips List shows all trips and core metadata: creation date, trip name, relation manager, trip type, dates, pax, and status. The page supports filtering, adding new trips, and row-level actions.

👉  Sidebar → Trips

Filters and search:

  • Trip Name: dropdown to select a trip.
  • Trip Type: examples include Fixed Departure, Tailor Made, Self Drive.
  • Status: Upcoming, Completed, Ongoing, Cancelled, etc.
  • Created By: filter by the user who created the trip.
  • Date: pick a specific date or date range.
  • RESET: clears all filters.
  • FILTER: applies the selected filters.
  • Search box: free-text search across visible columns.

Buttons and actions:

  • ADD TRIP: opens the Add Trip form to create a new trip.

Row actions:

  • Row actions (three-dot menu per row): Activity Log, View, Edit, Delete, Cancel

Table columns explained:

  • Action: row-level menu for commands.
  • Creation Date: when the trip record was created.
  • Trip Name: clickable link to Trip Detail.
  • Relation Manager: assigned staff member.
  • Trip Type: category label.
  • Start Date / End Date: trip duration.
  • PAX: number of participants booked.
  • Status: color-coded badge (Upcoming, Completed, Ongoing, Cancelled).

Examples and use cases:

  • Find upcoming fixed departures managed by Shruti Mishra:
    1. Set Trip Type to Fixed Departure.
    2. Set Relation Manager to Shruti Mishra.
    3. Set Status to Upcoming.
    4. Click FILTER.
