Overview:
Trips List shows all trips and core metadata: creation date, trip name, relation manager, trip type, dates, pax, and status. The page supports filtering, adding new trips, and row-level actions.

Filters and search:

  • Customer: dropdown to select a customer.
  • Trip Type: examples include Fixed Departure, Tailor Made, Self Drive.
  • Trip Name: dropdown to select a trip.
  • Status:  Completed, Cancelled, Correction, etc.
  • Spoc: Dropdown to select a Spoc.
  • Date: pick a specific date or date range.
  • Invoice Status: Dropdown to select an invoice status.
  • RESET: clears all filters.
  • FILTER: applies the selected filters.
  • Search box: free-text search across visible columns.

Buttons and actions:

  • Create bookings: First, click on Booking from the left side. Then, click the + CREATE BOOKING. Once you click it, a form will open.

 Step-by-Step: Create a Bookings (Required Fields)

  1. Click + CREATE BOOKING.
  2. Select Booking forTrip Type, and Trip Name.
  3. Select Customer Name
  4. Select Lead Source
  5. Enter Sub Lead Source
  6. Select Vehicle type, Number of rooms, Payment from, payment Type, Amount, Date
  7. (Optional fields) Fill vehicle seat, Amount, Vehicle Security Amount, Comment
  8. You can add: +ADD NEW CUSTOMER, +ADD NEW MEMBER, +EXTRA SERVICE, and + ADD SCHEDULE
  9. After filling all required fields and click SUBMIT.

Row actions:

  • Row actions (three-dot menu per row): You can see & do Activity Log, View, and Edit.

Table columns explained:

  • Action: row-level menu for commands.
  • Date: when the trip record was created.
  • Customer:  clickable link to Trip Detail.
  • PAX: number of participants booked.
  • Trip Name: Show trip’s name
  • Relation Manager: assigned staff member.
  • Trip Type: category label.
  • Trip Cost
  • Booking Status: color-coded badge (Upcoming, Completed, Ongoing, Cancelled).
  • Note: You can see all details related to bookings.

You can see the table details:

  • For ALL BOOKING: Shows all bookings.
  • For  COMPLETED: Shows only completed bookings.
  • For CANCELLED: Shows only cancelled bookings.
  • For CORRECTION: Shows bookings marked for correction.
  • For DRAFT: Shows draft/incomplete bookings.

Examples and use cases:

  • Find upcoming fixed departures managed by Shruti Mishra:
    1. Set Trip Type to Fixed Departure.
    2. Set Relation Manager to Shruti Mishra.
    3. Set Status to Upcoming.
    4. Click FILTER.
